Group Exercises is a great way to get fit, have fun and make some new healthy friends! Tanya offers a variety of classes including Boot Camp (watch for Outdoor Boot Camp in the better weather months!!), Pilates, Zumba, Total Body Blast and Cardio Kickboxing.

Class Schedule
Fitness Classes held at the South Hadley Town Hall
Over 10 different classes are held at the South Hadley Town Hall. Walk-ins are welcome for ANY class. If you feel you may need an orientation for any class please contact Tanya to set something up. Please arrive a 15 mins early if you are coming for the first time. This will allow plenty of time to sign up and set up for class.
Punch Cards are available for 5 classes at $25 // 10 classes at $50 // 20 classes at $100.
Personalized Fitness Classes at our Personal Training Studio
Due to limited space, these classes can only be taken if you sign up 1-2 days before class is held. You can sign up by emailing or calling Tanya or coming into the studio.
Studio classes are smaller than then Town Hall and will be personalized to each clients needs. Tanya will be able to work with you more individually than she can at the Town Hall. Classes are $10.
