Tanya Ryan can provide you with training in weight loss, muscle strength, endurance, sport specific and flexibility training to get you fit and keep you fit. There are several personal training packages available based on your fitness needs. So are you ready to get fit?

Introductory Package

This package is great for those who need help changing their current workout. Tanya will take you through 2 One on One Personal Training sessions, and then give you your own exercise prescription for you to do on your own. You then have a Follow-Up Consultation to meet again with Tanya and discuss how the workout is going. She will help you make changes if needed.

One on One Personal Training

One on One Personal Training is a great way to work with Tanya and achieve all of your fitness goals. She will take you through resistance training, a cardiovascular routine and help you make the right nutritional options. Working One on One will help you reach all your goals with no distractions. Available in Hour and Half Hour Sessions.

Semi-Private (Partner) Personal Training

Partner Training can be very beneficial for everyone. Share the experience and have fun working with someone else who wants to get fit. Whether you train with a friend, a family member or your spouse you both will be getting a great workout! This is a perfect way to save money as well. Available in Hour Sessions Only.

Group Training (3-5 People)

Grab everyone in your office, how about your teammates, even your bridal party. How much fun would it be to workout with Tanya and a group of people who want to get fit! Here is your chance. Now offering Group Training, Tanya will take you through workouts you can achieve together. She will help instruct you in the right nutritional guidelines. Maybe your all working toward one event, or just have the same ideas about getting fit. Available in Hour Sessions Only.
